Membership & Events Coordinator - With an opportunity for growth, the coordinator will work in collaboration with association managers and committees and thrive on the challenges of event planning and execution, sponsorship/fundraising and trade show management.

Qualifications will include the following:
•    Experience working in meeting planning, association management or hospitality environments
•    The ability to serve as staff lead for multiple events and projects with attention to detail and priorities
•    Proficiency in database management and registration systems, coupled with an understanding of the importance of record maintenance
•    Strong technical skills, experience with virtual meeting and webinar platforms, and an ability to test and work with new technology and database programs
•    Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, SurveyMonkey, Google Analytics as well as social media.
•    A fluency in French and English a definite asset
•    A university degree or business diploma in event management and communication or similar education preferred
